Lauren Conrad’s Colorful Beverly Hills Penthouse

JillSeidnerLaurenConrad

Lauren Conrad’s chic and colorful Beverly Hills penthouse was recently featured in InStyle magazine. Pictured above Lauren sits in her home office on a punchy orange tufted sofa and an area rug seen on the floor made from recycled silk saris.

Continuing with puncy colors is a custom rounded banquette in her breakfast nook complemented by an Eero Saarinen table.

Her high ceiling living room with graphics and a black and white theme is remiscent of an airy New York loft, which she wanted the room to have a feel for.

To add visual interest to the living room, she added moulding and brick veneer, then had it white washed to look more aged!

Her dark mirrored bar includes a black laquered ceiling.

Faring Road Residence, Bel Air

JillSeidner6

On the market in Bel Air is a 40 million dollar home that I recently had the pleasure of touring on an architectural design tour with Cadillac and Architectural Digest. The home previuosly was occupied by none other than Beyonce and Jay-Z. The contemporary home is comprised of 16,000 sq ft including seven bedroom suites and features high ceilings, glass walls, a two story living room, a home theater, tennis courts, and an infinity pool with ample deck and lounge spaces.

Celebrate the Season with Target Registry

With the holidays fast approaching, tis’ the season for sweet proposals and sparkly rings. And while you might already be rocking that left hand rock, there’s more than enough reason to celebrate. Whether it’s hosting an engagement party or starting a special new tradition (hot cocoa party, anyone?) Target is stocked with everything you need to make this season one to remember.

Building a Target Registry with the one you love? Don’t forget to include those holiday goodies you can use for years to come. Think lights, ornaments, decor and serving ware – all those little moments that make a tree trimming and family hosting moments worth celebrating.

For the couple that doesn’t mind braving the cold, sledding accessories are a Target Registry must. You’ll need heavy-duty boots, cozy blankets, a thermos and of course, the perfect sled – but that’s only the beginning. Bring a camera and a simple afternoon in the snow can turn into a sweet memories for a lifetime.

Holidays mean gathering with your nearest and dearest, so why not treat them to something a little extra special? Fill your registry with all the fixings for a dessert and cocoa party, and you’ll be hosting-ready at the drop of a hat.

No matter how you choose to celebrate this season, don’t forget to incorporate both your backgrounds and traditions, while making a few new ones along the way. And with a Target Registry it’s easier than ever to be yourself, together.
