Fun at Fleurish

IMG_6760.JPG

Last month, just before the holidays, I received an invite from the cool guys at Clutter, to attend an event at Fleurish which included drinks and food and floral making arrangements. Fleurish is a local florist in Brentwood (Los Angeles) that provides a “bar” to create and make your own floral arrangements. A fun concept and a great place to team up for an event or party as the Clutter guys did!

And the question: Who/what is Clutter? They are a new company revolutionizing the idea of storing your extra “clutter” or perhaps a few things around the house you’d like “out” yet not ready to part with and maybe just don’t have the space to store it either. The people from Clutter will come and package up those extras, haul it away, inventory it, and store it. All until you are ready or needing for them to bring it back!

My creation. It was deemed “organic” while my partner in crime Deanna (a wedding planner), churned out something much more architectural in design. Ironically. She has a keen eye inherent of her event planning business.

And a special shout out to Josh from Clutter. He has skill when it comes to assembling gift bags. Thank you for the gifts Clutter! I have a special gift certificate giveaway to come!

Of all the colors, Black

image

I like black. While I love color too, there is something about black being basic, classic, elegant, and perhaps a basis for a neutral. Plus when used in a specific way, can become high contrast. It stands out from the crowd. It is, of course, all the colors mixed together.

Come on in. Nothing like high gloss black doors.

Yet contemporary too.
