From The Ganeys... This entire weekend celebration for the sweetest couple felt too good to be true. Laura and Johan were incredible patient, waiting an entire year from their original wedding date, to make sure that their guests could be there to celebrate alongside them. Lake Tahoe is a meaningful area, as Laura grew up going to Tahoe with her family. The celebration kicked off on Friday night, as guests were welcomed to the wedding weekend at Edgewood Tahoe with a relaxed, yet elegant welcome dinner. Guests found their seat on an escort display cut from wood, in the shape of Lake Tahoe. Large structures covered in greenery housed long family-style tables. The brown and white checkered tablecloths gave the evening an approachable, charming, down-to-earth feel. The sun set behind the mountains, painting the sky with shades of pink and yellow.
