A week before Emmie & Matt were set to tie the knot, a hurricane struck South Carolina causing a mandatory evacuation! Thankfully, just days later they were able to say I Do with the help of Pure Luxe Bride bringing their garden-style decor to life with moody florals by Flora Wedding and Event Flowers in the gorgeous Cedar Room in Charleston!
