If you ask me, Charlie and Jon had just the right approach when it came to planning their dream Southern wedding. They chose the bride’s family home as their setting and kept the design purely classic for a look that will stand the test of time. Of course, they opted for equally timeless photography by Ashley Seawell and these images are ones they’ll treasure for years and years to come.
From Ashley Seawell… Charlie and Jon invited guests to celebrate at the bride’s family home in Beaufort, South Carolina. WED Events used a neutral color palette of green and white to blend with the surroundings. The ceremony took place under majestic oaks overlooking the river.
After a cocktail hour, guests were invited to dine and dance under a tent. The couple chose several of their favorite cakes in lieu of a traditional wedding cake.
