Elegant + Organic Garden Inspired Engagement

In my humble opinion, when it comes to florals – the more the merrier. Especially when Gro Designs crafts said florals into one stunning runner atop La Tavola linens. Blooming with ethereal elegance and romantic charm, this inspirational shoot from the lens of Charla Storey is so stunning that my words alone won’t do it justice, so we’ll let the pictures speak for themselves!

From Gro DesignsThis shoot was inspired by the cascading floral and soft spring colors!

The GRO designs creative team is excited to share this Engagement shoot that marries two of the most popular wedding styles for 2015, garden elegance with organic-natural, while bringing along some of our favorite people and companies we work with to tell that story.

The newly renovated Sixty Five Hundred in Dallas, was the perfect space for our creative director, Nathan Johnson, to dream up this tablescape with muted shades of peach, lavender, pink, and white floral. The defused lighting in Sixty Five Hundred was captured perfectly by the talented Charla Storey through digital and film photography. Charla’s attention to detail and stylizing of this shoot enabled us to capture the intimacy and story we wanted to tell through our models, Clare Selig and Andrew Coates who are engaged to be married later this year. Clare, elegantly wore, a spectacular evening dress by Jenny Packham from Stanley Korshak. Following suit with our GRO weddings, many of the details were inspired from this elegant dress. POSH Couture’s rich green, pink, and gold rimmed china along side their silver and gold flatware were perfectly placed on blush, ruffled LaTavola linen. The texture of the linen was complimented by layers of white hydrangea that frame the dramatic floral waterfall designed by our talented team at GRO. Garden roses, tulips, ranunculus, sweet pea, jasmine, and hydrangea were all represented which happen to be many of our favorite blooms at GRO. Last but not least, the paper details by Natalie Grace were the perfect and final touch to our story.
