#BridalBeautyBreakdown: Naturally Gorgeous

All good things must come to an end: today we have Alyssa Danielle’s final beauty look featured in this stunning Wiens Family Cellars photo shoot from Plum & Oak Photo and Kelsey Rae Designs. But here’s the good news: we also have all the tricks and products you’ll need to recreate it! Rock this subtle smokey eye and soft berry lip on your wedding day or at your rehearsal dinner—either way, you’re sure to wow.

GET THE LOOK

Skin

Begin by moisturizing your face with a moisturizer such as Embryolisse Lait Crème Concentre. For dry skin, try adding a few drops of Argan oil into the moisturizer. For oily skin use a mattifying primer such as Kryolan Perfect Matte Primer. Also try Smashbox’s Iconic Photo Finish Primer for normal to dry skin.

Eyes

Begin by applying MAC Prolongwear Paint Pot in Perky to the eyelids and add MAC Arena on top. Using a blending blush, add a variety of light brown shadows into the crease of the eye. We added MAC Shroom onto the brow bone. Be sure to blend your shadow so no lines can be seen. Apply a gel liner of your choice. Try using MAC 263 angled brush to get a nice clean line. Curl lashes and then apply false lashes and mascara.

Concealer & Foundation

To make the eyes pop in this natural look, apply concealer to blemishes and dark circles. Next, try using Real Techniques Stippling Brush to apply foundation of your choice. Use a damp beauty blender to blend foundation and achieve an airbrushed look.

Brows

Run a spooly comb through your brows. Next, use an angled brush to fill in brows with a brow powder and comb through brows again with a spooly to help blend in the powder.

Cheeks

Apply a pale pink blush to the apples of your cheeks. Next, add bronzer to the areas of the face where light naturally hits such as the top of your cheeks, jawline, and forehead. Be sure to use a light hand when applying bronzer as a little can go a long way.

Lips

Start with a lip primer to assure lipstick will stay all day. To get this bold lip, we used Urban Decay 24/7 lipliner in Turn On and MAC Plumful lipstick.

Finishing Touch

Apply a translucent setting powder such as Purely Cosmetics Diamond Diamond Perfect Finish Powder to your t-zone area. Set makeup with a setting spray such as Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
