With Sally Pinera and Oak And The Owl behind the vision, it’s an inspo bursting with elegant details, lush blooms, and lots of lovely light. From Oak And The Owl… Using the lavender fields at Highland Springs Resort as a springboard of inspiration, Sally and I came up with a natural and romantic shoot in a palette of dusty purples and burnished golds. The stunning gown paired with the delicate gold headpiece worked perfectly with the tonal floral arrangements and tabletop. Keeping with the natural, yet elegant aesthetic, we brought in the perfect vintage rentals with frayed silk, exposed tufting knots, and beautifully worn woods. Tying all the details together were the incredibly beautiful hand painted botanical drawings for our day of paper-goods suite. Highland Springs Resort is such a wonderful venue for outdoor weddings. There are so many little nooks to utilize for different parts of your wedding, and they all have a wild, yet contained, outdoors feel for that effortless wedding!
