Engagement Session in the Blue Ridge Mountains

The only thing better than a mountaintop engagement is a mountaintop engagement with Graham Terhune behind the camera. He captured the incredible beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains with a couple who still managed to perfectly steal the show. Head to The Vault for a gallery that’ll have you dreaming ahead to autumn days.

From The Bride-to-Be…Mac and I met while studying in London, England. Even though we both were attending the University of Florida it took traveling across the pond for our paths to cross. After two months of friendship our relationship grew into an unbreakable bond that continued to grow once back in the States.

Mac proposed on July 10, 2015 in my hometown of Sarasota, FL at sunset on Lido Beach. Immediately after, we both knew that we wanted Asheville, NC to be where we tied the knot. Stumbling upon Graham and Samantha Terhune as our engagement and wedding photographers was such a blessing. We wanted our engagement session to be as natural as possible and the Terhune’s were our perfect match! They understood our vision, which was perfectly captured in our photos. How much Mac and I love each other and the natural beauty the late-fall Blue Ridge Mountains came out better than we could have imagined.

We cannot thank Graham and Samantha enough for braving the 40 degree weather with 20 mph winds to photograph our engagement photos! They are the perfect combination of our style while staying true to our rustic romantic wedding theme and colors.
