From the Bride… Evan and I knew we wanted an intimate, romantic and unique wedding, surrounded by our closest family and friends. We lived in New York City together one summer in college, falling more in love with each other and the city we resided in and knew this was where we needed to wed. Once that was decided, finding our venue was surprisingly easy. The moment we walked into Public Restaurant we knew it was right. Kimberly, our coordinator, was an absolute pleasure to work with.
We decided on the Soho Grand for our rehearsal dinner and weekend stay for sentimental reasons, as we stayed there the night Evan proposed. The balcony served as the ideal backdrop for our first look and party photos. We chose a small Greek Orthodox Church downtown that was gorgeous and quaint, perfect for our headcount. Evan and I love to go out and eat and wanted this experience to be a part of our big day. Everyone enjoyed Michelin Star Award food and danced the night away to our favorite, DJ Marvin. Our day was truly magical. A huge thank you to both of our families for making our dream wedding come true. The best part is we’re married and could not be happier!
